Just knowing must come from experience, age, and other mythical beliefs, yet.. Do you think there are ways to make it stronger everyday?

I think the intuition is about to SEE the signals, follow the white rabbit or do not. I remember that before I made two of the most terrible mistakes in my life I saw the signals, I was feeling something…. but… I ignored it.
No kidding, meditation. Sit quietly with yourself for a few minutes each day, just breathing in and out, and truly listen to what’s going on. It’s not easy, but learning to listen to yourself is like any other muscle that needs building up.
Yes. And the following book will show you how it can be done:

Although we talk about gut feelings, intuition happens in the brain.
Live in potentially dangerous isolation. You would be amazed at how it sharpens reflexes and senses.
As @mattbrowne says, intuition and gut feeling are different. You can hone intuition by replaying in your mind the incidents you know of where you’ve been correct so your brain can recognize the patterns more easily in the future. Celebrate those times and if you can, trigger some adrenaline or endorphins for yourself as a reward, your brain will like it and look for similar ways to get you to reward again.
