So, I’m thinking of getting an armband to take my iPod to the gym. Any suggestions? Other than, you know, the entire “Rocky” soundtrack.

okay you should fill it up with like metal and what not or something that makes you feel pumped but at all costs avoid things like hip-hop unless that’s what you’re into or something really poppy like lady gaga or something like that
Jsut Dance – Lady Gaga
Hey Ya – Outkast
Do It – T.I.
Beautiful Day – U2
Like A Virgin – Madonna
Shake It – Metro Station
Stronger – Kanye West
That’s Not My NAme – The Ting Tings
We Built This City – Starship
Don’t Trust Me – 3OH!3
An Honest Mistake – The BRavery
Maps – Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Friday I’m in Love – The Cure
Take Me OUt – Franz Ferdinand
Untouched – The Veronicas
The Power – Snap
Pump Up The Jam – Technotronic
A lot of early 90s pop-dance stuff by the likes of Black Box, C&C Music Factory and Technotronic or even Cathy Dennis would work.
Actually, I find the old 70’s disco songs work for me.
Girlfriend is Better by the Talking Heads
I feel that this could help you push that little extra. @.
@oratio That is worse that rick-rolling.
I find a lot of Pinks stuff good to work out to.
It really depends on what you like to listen to and what really pumps you up. I personally listen to heavy music like Bullet for My Valentine, Atreyu, or Disturbed while I work out. Sometimes I feel like they are screaming at me to work harder. lol
I consider the theme from “Rocky” a “must include” in every workout set I create.
