What are some good resources for Student Aid?

My GF is looking into student loans and the comparison page on her institution’s webpage is woefully anemic. Any good, non-biased sites for comparison or personal accounts of good lenders? Any traps to watch out for?

The College Board has a pretty nice guideline as to what to look for when getting college loans here One thing to beware of is to make sure if its a fixed-rate loan or an adjustable loan. Personally i think fixed rate government loans are better.
