Is there a way to get rid of sctrach marks on an iPhone?

I am not sure if this is just a silly question but I was wondering if there is anyway to get rid of scratch marks on an iPhone. I haven’t had it for that long but it is already scratched loads. I heard somewhere that using a swiffer pad helps to smooth out scratches. Is this true? If not, are there any other secret tricks?

I know they make clear plastic sheets with an adhesive back that I put on my camera LCDs and personal assistant when I had one. Maybe they have them the size you need. I know it’s too late for the scratches you already have, but moving forward…
