Are there games that come specifically for laptops?

I have a Dell Inspiron with 260gigabite! Its a 15” inch screen,

i just got i know it has a lot of memory. My friend buys these games for hers. Are there games for laptops?

Not specifically for laptops. Most games run on Windows regardless of what type of machine you are using.
