How does one get tasty hot peppers?

I grow hot peppers but they have no taste, they’re just hot?Subway has some amazing jalapeño peppers, how do they get them to taste so good?

Grow them with tomato and basil you might get flavour leach .
If you want them to be like Subways you will have to pickle them or drizzle some dressing on them .
