What do you learn in Tumbling for cheerleading class?

Tommorow I start Tumbling for Cheerleading and I wanna know specifically what you learn. Im a beginner.

Since you’re a beginner, you’ll probably start out with round-offs and progress to handsprings later on. Have fun and don’t forget to stretch :)
