No, it’s a tool. But attached to the end of a super-soaker filled with gasoline, it`s a pretty awesome weapon :)
anything that can cause great bodily harm is a weapon.
Technically it’s a tool but it can be used, like MANY things (ex., chainsaw), as a weapon.
Did you ever play “Clue”? Candlestick, rope, etc. can all be used as weapons even though they’re not.
A pencil can be a weapon, in the right/wrong hands.
@tinyfaery although on the other hand you couldn’t write a book with a blow torch.. :)
Not if used for tattooing.
@TabernakAttack
I would advise against that idea.
If the gasoline ignites more quickly than it’s squirted out of the super soaker, the flame will climb up the stream and the tank will blow up. And since you’re holding it under your arm…
…well, it’s not going to look pretty.
Maybe your cousin should acquire an account…
@Fyrius True. I would suggest camp fuel.
yes, a blow job can be one, too. depends on the girl.
Anything can be used as a weapon, even water. Officially, however, a blow torch is a tool, but not one you could carry aboard an airplane these days.
No, but would damn sure run if someone was coming at me with one.
Hmmm.
Marcellus: “What now? Let me tell you what now. I’m gonna call a couple of hard, pipe-hittin’ niggers to go to work on the holmes here with a pair of pliers and a blowtorch. YOU HEAR ME TALKIN’ HILLBILLY BOY?! I AIN’T THROUGH WITH YOU BY A DAMN SIGHT! I’M GONNA GIT MEDIEVAL ON YO’ ASS!”

I’d say it qualifies.
When I see a question like this, my mind flashes back to one of my high school English teachers.
