Who is Spencer Pratt?

Spencer Pratt is a celebrity by association.

He was engaged to Heidi Montag and can be seen on MTV’s reality show The Hills. Spencer was also in the Fox short lived reality show “Princes of Malibu” which followed the escapades of Brody and Brandon Jenner (son’s of Olympian Bruce Jenner) living at their step dad’s (music composer/producer David Foster) mansion.
