How do I find out the Hexadecimal code for a color on my palette in Mac OS X?

If you can find the RGB values, it’s easy enough to a search for a RGB to hex code converter, but if not, I don’t know :\

Do you know about the DigitalColor Meter in Mac OS X? You can find it in /Applications/Utilities. It will show you the hex RGB triplet for any color your hover over with your mouse.

In my quest I found a cool site run by Abobe called Kuler.
Lets you drag colors on a wheel or RGB bars and then tells you all the different kinds of codes and things. Also gives you other colors that match…

I think iColors would do the job pretty well…
