Some say first thing in the morning kick starts the body. Well I feel better running in the evening. Is there a better time?

When I run, I like to do it in the morning before it gets too hot. That way, one of the toughest parts of your day is over before you get to work. Good motivator.
I too prefer early morning. Not only does it beat the heat but it gets done before I get too entrenched in the daily grind. For me if I have not worked out the later it gets the harder it is for me to make the time to do it.
i’d prefer doing it late at night.
Any time you can motivate yourself to do it is the right time. Running at the “wrong” time is better than not running at all.
This is a pretty easy thing to test yourself. Spend a week doing both and see what works best for you.
If i were to run , i would do it at the same time of night i go for long walks . Around 11pm-1am or , between 3am and 5am . But thats walking not running
I go in the middle of the day because that is when it fits my schedule. The heat is enough to kill me but so far it hasn’t so I keep doing it.
I think the most important part is that you do it, not when you do it!
First thing in the morning when it’s cool out. I find that if I wait until after work, I’m too tired, and, thus just can’t get motivated to get my ass out the door.
I find first-thing in the morning to be especially stimulating for my body.
Morning runs are mandated for me by my employer so I’m going to go with evening runs just for spite.
