Depends. Physically insecure or emotionally insecure? Either way, there can be a pretty long list. Having to look “perfect” is one of them. Another is never being able to state in front of people how you actually feel about something, for fear of being seen as “too different”. Arrogance can be a sign that someone is insecure. Many things. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
-repeatedly asking someone for reassurance, love, affection, etc.
-being overly jealous
-having low self esteem
-underestimate own abilities/potential
-have very low goals for oneself when clearly, you can do better
-needing a man/woman to feel “complete”
-relying heavily on others for emotional or other sorts of needs
-anxiety when you have to be alone or do something by yourself
-inability to be alone or enjoy being alone because you always need someone there
-comparing yourself to others constantly
-desperately needing to “fit in”
That’s just a few. I’m sure there are more.
Being a “people pleaser”.
Extreme vanity.
Talking a lot.
Putting down others.
Bunch of f***ing a**holes.
(above plus:)
Constant need for validation
Ex: Posting obviously true statements on internet debate sites so that the predominance of strangers and anonymous users on that website will agree with the posted statement. :-P
Posing questions to partner expecting them to lie
Ex: Do I look fat in these jeans? Answer: Of course you look fat in those jeans. You look fat in all your clothes, or no clothes at all… face it, you’re just fat. Expected answer: no.
When you masturbate too much.
Too much, is something you only know.
Someone who tries too hard to be the center of attention,as in being loud, and obnoxious.
You are right about that.
masturbating too much is when it starts to chafe.
