Does anyone know the best brands for a really comfortable pull-out couch? One where the mattress is comformtable and will last?

Jennifer Convertibles. Seriously comfortable for both sitter and sleeper.

I have one from Jennifer Convertibles, but I have to say that customer service for that company has been impossible for me to deal with!!

I had no trouble with Jennifer Convertables, but that was years ago and probably varies by store.

Many fold out couches have the option to upgrade the mattress. My parents did that on the last one they bought, I don’t know what store they purchased it in and it is almost 10 years old now, and it is the best fold out mattress I have ever slept on.

My trouble was with service at the store and on the phone with cs headquarters.
