You could try molding or modeling some armor material. To provide any real protection you’d need to do the process correctly and probably with supervision if you’ve never done it before. You could buy something that looks like it from a props store, but it wouldn’t be very useful for actual protection. It seems like the most useful thing would be to take a motorcycle jacket and paint it black with the appropriate emblems.
