Is Shaun Alexander on his way out?
What are the fans’ feelings regarding Alexander? Worth his large paycheck or ready for him to find a new home?

I think he will stay. Yes he has been injury prone but he was MVP just 2 years ago. He may never return to that form but when he is healthy he is one of the NFLs best.
I think his days as a feature back are coming to a close.
I think he’s fine but it would be best if the team had 2–3 good runners (which they do) developed and used, to mix things up – then they’d all do better. As it’s been, I think it’s too predictable and Alexander is a sneak not a tank so he needs openings, which don’t happen so often when they’re expecting Alexander on a run. Also he might not be so beat up so often.
Seems clear he’s on his way out considering the Seaducks’ recent signings.
Sad that he fell so far so quickly, but he’s always been a bit of a tentative runner. He had one amazing season behind the best G/T combo in the league, then his productivity went seriously downhill when Hutchinson was traded away.
Thing is, I’m not sure anyone else will have more success than him. The NFL is won and lost in the trenches!
