I would say something see-through on top and a breezy skirt sans panties with sensible shoes.

I’ve seen moe. many times. I would wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting dirty if it happens (i.e. spilled beer, ash, etc.) There really is no need to try to fit in by going “hippie” if it isn’t your style. Jeans and a t-shirt sound fine to me, but if you want to wear a frillier top or a tank that would probably be fine. Check out this pic or this one (both taken by people at moe. shows at least according to their descriptions). You can pretty much wear whatever you want. Not everyone dresses like a flower child.
