Has anyone been experiencing extremely poor quality with Fox DVDs lately?

I bought 5 copies of X Files season 9 (the last season, and 8 finished on a cliffhanger), and all of them were defective. I had to schlep everywhere to return them and it’s a pain in the ass. And this is in 4 stores throughout the city. The errors are all the same and in the same place.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or does god just hate me?

God just hates you. jk :)
I haven’t had a problem with them yet, I just bought the Simpson’s season and they worked fine to me…

If the errors are all the same and in the same place, it sounds like they all came from the same production run.

@PandoraBoxx Today, 3 weeks after I bought the 1st copy, the packaging was different. I thought this would resolve the problem because before the CD wasn’t being held in the box right and it was being scratched. Now this is resolved, and I think it’s a new batch because the shipping is different. How long do I have to wait for the new batch to be made?

@Mtl_zack, you might want to twitter about the experience on the off chance that Fox Video is monitoring for their mention of Fox. Things like this are a good use of Twitter.
