You Opinion On The Acne Regimen From Acne.org?

If you have used the skin care regimen from www.acne.org can you please tell me your thoughts on it, how long it took dor it to work, and any other information on this regimen. I am going to try it before I resort to Accutane and I would like to hear some feedback on it.

He doesn’t mention what type of moisturizer to use, and that’s very important. Some types would definitely actually make the acne worse.

And one thing he leaves out… people with acne should never touch their faces. People touch their head and face more than they realize. As soon as a person touches their face, they should immediately go wash it.

The rest of his stuff makes perfect sense, except I think you can apply benzoil peroxide to problem areas only… and then skip the moisturizer altogether, unless a need for it arises.
