If my question is "pushed to moderation", and after I edit it, it's still not acceptable, will I be notified of that?
So, I have the new beta system, but I’m asking about the old and the new way. With the new beta system, after I edited the question, a message said, “A moderator will activate your question shortly.” but not all questions are acceptable after being edited. If it’s not activated shortly, will someone tell me, or will the only way I know that be because I never see it again?

i had some questions pushed into moderation, edited it, and then never heard of them again. so i guess, no, you are not notified of that.
i usually leave it at that then.
you can always PM a mod if you want to know what’s up. That’s what I did when I asked one that was moderated last week.
If it still has a simple mistake the email you , if it looks to them you haven’t changed it they won’t inform you and it wont come back to show . Also i don’t think they re-post all edited Q’s , if they think its not worth the re-post . I may be wrong about last remark i made
[mod says] Generally, if a question is rejected after the edit, you aren’t notified of it. (We should probably work on that!) However, your particular question hasn’t been rejected yet. Since Andrew pulled the question, we need his input. Since it’s night-time in France, he can’t be reached at the moment to get a yay or nay on it.
@augustlan: Thanks for the info!! That would be a nice addition to the moderation process, just to keep the user informed. I know I would like it.
(Just to add, I’m completely cool with that last question. Andrew contacted me, and I understand. I was just asking generally, because that Q kind of got me thinking about the issue.)
Yes, I have always have been notified if my modded and then edited question is still unacceptable.
Are you kidding? No, the question will just sink into the “peat mod” never to be seen again.
