I’ve always wondered why there aren’t freezers with a light

My freezer has a light.
The question is, “Does the frizzer have a light?”
My freezer doesn’t have a light. Weird. I think it might be missing from the top freezers, not the side to side ones or bottom freezers.
Usually on a frig/freezer combination, there is no light if the freezer compartment is not very large.
@cprevite The things in the frizzer glow in the dark.
Well, if you say that there are freezers with light I believe you.. but I never saw one :( that’s why I asked
@Marina: Oh, right. No need for a light under the pool. Everything glows.
@bvdshec17: You need to get one with a light. Then you are really living my friend. Listen, come by my house. I’ll make some borsch and you can play with it for a while (the freezer light, that is).
PS: You just stepped in a meme.
I have a light in my freezer as well.
Now my frizzer on the other hand…
Damn. Marina beats me to the punch once again.
Sorry for jumping on the bandwagon, but mine has one too :-)
because hot pockets do it with the lights off
My (top mounted) freezer does have a light, but it’s the first one I’ve ever owned that does. It’s relatively new (3 years maybe?).
My freezer has a light. How else would I be able to see into it when I don’t feel like turning on the lights at night? Both the fridge and freezer sides have lights. It’s about 4 years old.
I think that because the freezer is so much colder that a lightbulb would constantly crack. Newer refrigerators don’t use bulbs that can crack and mine is a led so it can survive the cold.
My freezer has a light, and it’s at least 10 years old.
You get what you pay for.
My kitchen fridge is about 3 years old, with the freezer on top and it does have a light.
My garage fridge is about 6 years old, side by side and also has a light in the freezer.
