Best Cheap Mopeds?

Hello. I am currently in a fix with the DMV and do not have a liscence. to fix my situation of getting to work and getting to school i have decided to get a moped. it has to be 50cc with decent gas milage. problem is i dont know where to look or what to get. im using a credit card so craigslist is out and i dont trust ebay with such things. if anybody can help me find a good online moped store or tell me about the best possible CHEAP model it would be nice. im on a 1000 budget.
