What motivates me is music. The rythym, the beat, if I love it, it inspires me to move, or to create, because it’s like I can feel the creativity of the artist coming through the headphones.
Another thing that can motivate me is anyone I look up to. I see what they’ve done, and it inspires me to better myself because at least a small part of me wants to reach their level of success or of happiness.
I think the main thing that inspires motivation for anyone is the want to be a better you or they begin to feel the need of reaching a goal after seeing someone else accomplish it. Maybe they just want to do something no one has ever done before, or in a way no one else has. It all depends on the individual.
Problems that I have to solve in order to survive or to have fun.
Water. I love the thrill, sound, sight and smell of it.
I’ve got goosebumps as I type this.
I have no idea. Sometimes I want to, sometines I don’t. It might be hormones, available energy, or some other thing, but I haven’t a clue.
I think it depends on what I need motivation for really.
When I’m about to play a sport, music is a great tone setter, or I read some scouting reports that say I’m too small to be more than a role player.
If I’m writing, or coming up with some music, it’s just a genuine enjoyment to do it.
With school? I used to be lazy, kind of a prick, and just really didn’t care, long story short I’m different now, I excel in the classroom because I don’t want to be like that anymore, I decided I wanted my family to be able to sound proud when they said my name to others, to me, that’s the biggest motivation of all. To this day I maintain the worst feeling in the world is realizing exactly how much you’ve hurt your family, sometimes the only people who deeply truly love you, because you haven’t reached the potential they know you have.
It originates…out of the blue!
What motivates me is the need to get something done.
What inspires me is a different question (and some answers above I think are more related to that).
I’m most motivated by picturing myself being old and looking back at my accomplishments and feeling good about what I’ve done for the world.
Threat of destruction, be it mine or something larger.
stupidity of others
