I am looking for an online service to which I could feed the numbers myself, unlike many other services that require credit card and bank details in order to access my details on-the-fly. I am not interested in that. I’d like it to have a customizable category list, and a chart among other standard features.. THANKS!

sorry, i should read your full question before i answer. after reading the entire thing, i think what you are looking for is this brand new program called microsoft excel…
Why does it have to be online? There are several good offline ones.
Because I’d like to be able to update it from the office, home, girlfriend’s… I forgot to mention that I’m looking for a free service.. I Googled and Googled and couldn’t find one.
i was giving you a hard time and kidding before, but it really sounds like you just want a spreadsheet that you can access from multiple computers… i mean you dont want it to pull in information for you (why don’t you want that by the way?). If this is the case, why would the google docs spreadsheet not work?
I’m not sure if it will do everything you want it to, but for basic check register features with customizable categories, Clearcheckbook.com is excellent. I switched to it instead of Quicken because I could access it from any computer, including my iPod Touch, when I’m out of the house.
Hi Jarodbo, thanks :) I don’t really wanna work with spread sheets because, well, I don’t really know how to, but now that you recommend it, I’ll check into it, after I’ll check the web site that Adamandshauna’s suggessted. Thank you too, Adamandshauna!
