It’s better to be pissed off than pissed on.
That character is far more important than fame or money. In the end it is your legacy.
You’ll never understand the meaning of life.
“It is better to be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt”
If you don’t smoke don’t start. If you smoke you should quit.
Smoking is the devil.
Learn to love yourself, warts and all.
nothing just comes, you got to work for it.
no god will excuse your lack of work (yes i’m atheist )
Shit happens for a reason
Assume everything will be harder than you think, it’s better to do too much work, than not enough.
Stop Rushing, slow down and do something for no reason every once in a while, a majority of life’s mistakes occur because you’re in a hurry to be somewhere, or someone, else.
Someday, even if it’s just for a moment, the only thing you’ll have is family, make sure they know you care.
What else do we have if not the chance to Smile?
Shit happens for no reason at all.
It is all right to change. To change does not necessarily mean that what you were doing before is wrong. You can change just because it’s time to change, because it’s the right thing to do. You do not have to resist it, digging in your heels and clinging to your old way to avoid having to admit error. It does not mean you have to defend what you were doing before. It just means you’re changing, and that’s all.
Everything is changing all the time.
The most valuable thing I have learned in life is that life is, in and of itself, the real value. Riches can accumulate, but someone will take it from you, beauty will dissipate over time, fame will be fleeting. But the daily activity at the very moment you are reading this is the real importance of existence. Tomorrow may never come and yesterday is but a memory, life itself at this exact time and space is all one can ask for and value.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. And in the end, it’s all small stuff.
The more risks you take, the farther you will go.
and I mean good risks, not the “I’m gonna go smoke pot and hope I don’t get caught” kind of risks
No good deed EVER goes unpunished.
Do what you say you will do at the time you said you would do it, and do not make excuses.
Chill out, don’t fret about the insignificant things. Enjoy life and learn to appreciate the small things, because most people aren’t going to get the miracle they think they deserve.
Don’t let your dreams pass you by, act on them no matter what. I have been told too many times by adults to “follow your dreams because you will regret it one day.”
You have to create your own luck.
To NEVER take Life or Love for Granted. Because you see, tomorrow may never come.
I found the love of my life, in whatthefluther (as everyone on this awesome website that we call Fluther knows) and our time is extremely limited. So live life to your fullest and with no regrets!
I am responsible for my own feelings. No one can “make” me feel bad. I am in charge of my own happiness.
Money alone will not make you happy.
“Trust in God, but row away from the rocks.” American Indian Saying
this is the only life you get; live it accordingly
do what you love, as stupid and cliche as that sounds. Also, no good deed ever goes unpunished.
Don’t date the weird chicks.
