Would the Fluther T-Shirt look better if the legend - " tap the collective " - was written below the jelly?
I haven’t see anyone wearing one when Iv’e been out and about. And I get about quite a lot!
Might it be a more arresting, intriguing and involving image?

I have a fluther shirt…and I can’t waaaait for someone to actually know what it is! I would buy another fluther tee if they made it with that phrase underneath it like that.
You would also think “fluther.com” ought to be on it, but Bendrew left it with just the logo to inspire inquiry and discussion.
@whatthefluther I think adding “tap the collective” would strike up even more inquiry and discussion.
I don’t own a Fluther shirt (yet) but I like that it doesn’t have any text. I feel like people who are not familiar with Fluther would be more likely to ask about/complement you on your shirt if it only has an image, instead of an image with text. And I think the minimalist design is more aesthetically pleasing.
I have had a few people ask me randomly about my shirt, and I then get enjoyment on explaining how the site works…it’s quite fun. I’m hoping to one day run into someone that joins this site who was inspired by my shirt.
I’m waiting for the Fluther underwear collection. Especially the thong.
I like the design as is. It would be nice if it came in a few other colors though. It gets a little hot wearing dark brown during summer months in Sacramento.
I saw a guy wearing a Fluther tee @ John Wayne Airport in California. I got all excited about it and tried to strike up a conversation with him, but he did not want to talk about it. I never found out his user name, or anything – may have been bad timing or something.
To answer your question, @lloydbird, maybe ‘tap the collective’ on the back . . .
@figbash Front, back, both, on the sleeves…. why not have versions?
Is it about aesthetic or about message?
@lloydbird: Aesthetic and message, which in both cases I think should be subtle. Sleeves seems a little over the top. Having the phrase on the back could pique interest.
@figbash ”..phrase on the back could pique interest.” – I quite agree.
But might this interest mostly be piqued only when a wearer has gone past?
Haha, i’d like to see someone with the words ”tap the collective” on their backs
I do like the idea of “tap the collective” on the back. I also really like the thong idea.
I agree that less is better though. Too much information is distracting.
I( think it would look great in a wet T shirt contest. No…really…especially with that cute jellie.
