My dog is sick, what should I do?

Call the 24 hour pet hosiptal and see if they want you to bring him in. They can help you.

Does he have all his shots?
Take him to the vet right away!
Oh and I have to add:
If he won’t drink anything by himself feed it to him in a bottle or something small, don’t let him dehydrate. That will just make him weaker. If you don’t act soon he could die.

@Tink1113 OMG yes he has all his shots. I tried using a thing that you put medicine into, like a dropper but he just spit it out. My mom went to the italian festival and is a little drunk… My stepdad is sober, but I don’t think he will agree to bring him to the vet. They both say to wait until morning but now Im really worried. Maybe I should call the hospital, explain the situation and ask if there is anything I can do.

Try doing it, even if he spits it out. Just tilt his head back and do it. He needs some water atleast. I don’t think it can wait.

I got him to have some water, and I filled up his water bowl and cleaned it. He’s sleeping in my moms room now with her like usual and I’m going to call the vet first thing in the morning. We were babysitting his brother for the past three days. I hope that his brother has all his shots (Im pretty sure he does) because I’m starting to think he got him sick.

Please get him to vet right away. That type of vomiting is very debilitating, and he doesn’t weigh much.

It sounds like it could be parvo. If he doesn’t have his shots he really needs IV fluids. He also could have just ate something. My dog gets into the toilet paper every now and then and starts barfing.
