Do you have claustrophobia or some degree of it?

I think I do to some degree. I do not like being in really small places. I remember one time I went to an open house and they had this secret room that was part of the attic and it was led to by a small staircase and had a low ceiling and it freaked me out; I did not want to be in there for much longer. I’ve also had dreams where I’m crawling through something and the space keeps getting smaller; usually I wake up pretty soon after that, but of all the dreams I have, claustrophobia-themed ones are the absolute worst. I’m always afraid I’ll suffocate myself with the pillow or a sheet or something; I have woken up before with a sheet over my face before. I was aware of it while I was sleeping though and moved it away, which woke me up.
