Rashlike problem. help?

I’m getting these small bumps on my chest almost like pimples but not pop-able. I’ve tried hydro peroxide, which I use for my face to get rid of pimples but it isn’t working. please help. I’m almost afraid to be seen without my shirt off while swimming and stuff
