Why can't I unsubscribe from Fluther e-mail notifications?

When you do that do you then save the changes to your profile? If you continue to have problems, contact Fluther directly (using the contact button at the top of this page).

@Marina: Yes and it then says “broadcast” at the top.

Strange, I just subscribed and unsubscribed successfully.

Try sending a message to andrew, maybe if he has time he can take a peek and figure it out.

I just sent a pm via “CONTACT” about the same issue. With me it’s going on for a few days!

Edited to add: I will remove the checkmarks and save it and “BROADCAST” appears. I’ll go out of my account, then back in and the checks are BACK!!!

Just received an e-mail from Fluther regarding this issue:

Hi Erich,

Sorry about that. It’s a bug in our system that will be fixed in the coming days. I believe right now you can only turn off notifications if you have an IM named saved—thanks for bearing with us.

If you have GMail you can filter all e-mails from Fluther to the trash or Archive them.
