I have a video which has many scenes. I need to extract one scene which lasts about 2 seconds and I want every single frame of the scene to be extracted.
Which video editor can I use? It can be free or a trial version.

You mean like Windows movie maker?
@teh_kvlt_liberal Yeah, but Windows Movie Maker won’t let me view each frame individually. It only has a timeline.
Quicktime Pro will let you trim video and export it as a JPEG sequence.
VLC Media Player is free and alows you to make snapshots.
Photoshop can open video, trim it down and export how-ever you want (JPEG sequence included).
Any of the above meet your wishes? People often understatement the power of Photoshop and video but most people that don’t have an advanced video editor, have photoshop.
@martijn86 Can I view each frame of a video in Photoshop and trim the video by frames? If so I’ll try it. However, I just recently had a Photoshop trial on my computer that expired and I don’t know if I can install the trial again.
Thanks!
I think you’ll have troubles reinstalling the exact same demo version of Photoshop.
2 seconds is only 60 frames, so I would do it manually via VLC.
VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod is one of the older and better solutions for editing video.
