How do you apply iphone 3g themes?

I found a theme and i downloaded it but I don’t know how to put it on my iPhone.

If you’re talking about a wallpaper then you go to photos, press the button on the bottom left, and press set as wallpaper. If you are talking about a full blown theme (sounds, background, wallpaper) then you have to have a jailbroken iPhone. If to do and you’ve downloaded the theme from cydia, then you download winterboard and press apply.
