What's the best application to make a table into a PDF on a Mac?

I want to make a little comparison table for my Mom and send it to her as a PDF. The kicker—I’d like hyperlinks in the text to be clickable—so “Print to PDF” methinks is out of the question.

Safari will if you print as PDF. You just need to mark it up in html. *Note: use inline CSS, it won’t work with external stylesheets.
