What female artist sings these lyrics: "Going down with this ship.."?

“Going down with this ship,” sung in a high female voice, is all I know from this song, but it is a popular song. Does anyone know the song title and who sings it?

Just in case you didn’t know Dido’s brother is an accomplished musician too, he is known as Rollo and has worked extensively with Sister Bliss

I especially like the Donna Summer – I Feel Love

And who can forget that he along with Sister Bliss are founding members and one of the main driving forces behind Faithless and gave us such great moments such as Faithless – We Come 1 live Glastonbury 2002
