Does anyone believe any of the claims made in Zeitgeist the movie?
and if you honestly believe these claims how are you now not yourself a terrorist plotting an assassination yourself?

Some of it is true. Most of it isn’t.
I’d go a step further and say “most of it is true, some of it isn’t” but in any case, a lot of it is irrelevant. I’ve known many of these things for ages, but they don’t always matter. Yes, a lot of people are ignorant, and there are a lot of false assumptions out there, but that does not mean I should kill anyone. eg the fact that Jesus was born on 21st June and not 25th December does not really take away the fundamental message of Christianity, which is “love thy neighbour”. And even if he were born on the 25th of December, it wouldn’t make the Crusades any less evil.
No. The part 1, the bit that tried to discredit christianity, was filled with so many inacuracies and false assumptions as to make the argument worthless (and just so everyone knows I’m an atheist, I believe in evolution and I’m not saying that to make myself feel better). For example Horus is not the sun god of Egypt. Ra was the sun god (seriously, anyone who has watched Stargate would know that). Horus was the god of the sky.
I thought the Part 1 seemed pretty solid and made sense to me, but the other parts were a bit harder to believe.
I thought part one seemed almost completely false. It didn’t seem like they even consulted any experts. Also i don’t really see what it had to do with the other two parts. The second two parts to me where kind of believable. The 9/11 stuff cited a lot of evidence and expert opinion it seemed. the third part was kinda over my head though.
If you check the works cited, nearly everything in part one came from one book written in the early 1900’s.

Sorry, can’t remember the name. On the Zeitgeist website, there’s a section devoted to works cited. You can check it out there.
