And when do you think jailbreak for version 1.1.3 will be released?

As reported on Gizmodo they are 99% certain it will most likely brick your jailbroken iPhone. A jailbreak version will probably be out in the next week or sooner. I’m not sure what the time frame is between firmware updates and a workaround is, so this is just an educated guess.
Good Luck!

It bricked mine, and then I bought the new apps I already had installed…haha, I felt dumb, but it also felt nice to have…Apple stuff…I dunno, I still feel as screwed as a house.
When I say “brick” I’m talking about an irreparable state (i.e., no more useful than a brick).
Also, just to be clear (and fair to Apple), its not the update that “bricks” your hacked iPhone, its your pre-1.1.3 hacks that brick the update.
Anyway, if you’ve jailbroken your iPhone, never update until you are sure a new jailbreak is working with that update. Usually a couple weeks wait.
hummm, well I’m pretty lucky then. Which is good
Aren’t people using Ziphone to unlock/JB their iPhones? It already works for 1.1.3 and will be available within these days for the new version 1.1.4. Does anyone have experience with Ziphone?
