Source of 3V in a PC?

Where in a PC can i get 3 volts (can be more) of electricity? I need it to power LED’s.

The black wire coming out of the power supply is ground.

There are several red wires, they are all at +5v. That is the closest you can come to +3v.

+3.3v is orange in the PSU that I turned into a lab supply.
