What can I do with pencil shavings?
I’m wondering if they would lend themselves to paper making or another crafty thing. Any ideas?

you can actually use them to make a bomb, if one was so inclined….

explosions>bad art projects
I’m all for explosions. The higher-ups maybe not. I really wanna make paper out of them…someone do it for me kthnx
You could snort them as a science project and see if they have hallucinagenic properties.
<< Blushes a little.
Thanks, Jeruba.
Sweet.
They make great fire starter. Seriously. I use dryer lint, pencil shavings and paper trash to light off my wood burning stove.
You can make nifty fire starters out of them. Just use a lot of lint and pencil sharpenings, melt some wax and pour it over the mix in one of those paper cup things for holding ketchup. Use just enough wax to hold it together, don’t soak it. They work great!
Sorry @lupin, I just saw your answer
You should probably just eat them. I think that is the obvious choice in this matter.
@drClaw that was my second option. you can wash them down with some fine lead based paint as well.
@ABoyNamedBoobs03 Thank god someone agrees with me! I was worried for a second that I may not be taken seriously ;-P
I have seen them embeded in candles for an artistic effect. If you can grind them up into sawdust, you can stir them up with paste and make molded coasters or sculptures with them.
If you have enough, make pykrete . Mythbusters made a boat out of newspapers and water…
Put them in a bowl and stare for hours… hours… hours…............. just a suggestion
