What cake is displayed in the movie serial mom?

I would have to make a big guess here.
Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, it looks like to me.
I couldn’t find an English recipe for it, only a German one.

Looks sort of like a cream pie of some kind, to me.

I think @rebbel is on the right track (we call it a “Black Forest cake” in English). Black Forest cake is usually a multi-layer cake, but the one in the picture doesn’t looks like a single layer of the chocolate sponge with the toppings piled on top. The whipped cream, chocolate shavings and cherries are quite typical of the Black Forest cake, though.
