What would a good skateboard complete consist of for my means?

I’m more of a longboarder, just go from place to place, or find a big empty parking lot, and going around, and around, love it. Want to use a trick deck, bought one of those big expensive longboards, and didn’t like it. A trick board, maybe some medium width trucks, I like Gullwings, but are Independents ok, going to put some risers on it, and try some 81 wheels, if I can find em. Just looking for something easy to kick, and stable.
