What is the meaning of "Man I am glad I'm pink"?

There’s a Verizon Fios commercial, in which a bunch of people are dressed in solid colors, playing “HD Pixels”. One guy used to work for the “phone company”, and is all beat up. A large man next to him dressed all in pink responds “Man I am glad I’m pink” to which the beat-up man seems to agree “Mmmmmhm!”.
What the heck does that mean?

It means alot of commercials make absolutely no sense.
Take a look at those (post-Ronald) McDonald’s commercials.
Can you find the video online anywhere? I think it would be easier to tell if we could see it.
Is “HD Pixels” the name of a game or something?
I tried Googling it and came up with nothing.
No. Pixels as in the points of color that make up a television screen, and HD as in High-Definition.
So exactly what is meant by a bunch of people playing “HD Pixels”
That’s your choice of punctuation not mine and you said that they were playing it.
What is that supposed to mean??
So… perhaps he is happy he is pink instead of black and blue, as they say?
Is it the same guy who plays pink here? If so, I’d think it’s directly related to this commercial.
@augustlan yes, same one. Hmm. Maybe? Maybe it’s like “Well, being pink isn’t nearly as bad as being this guy?” Could be….. Thanks!
@Buttonstc I mean they are playing the role of HD Pixels. As in, there are actors. In a television commercial. And their role is that of HD Pixels. It is in quotes because “HD Pixels” aren’t something that look, sound, act, or behave as the actors in the commercial behave.
Look at the links I and @augustlan posted if you still don’t understand.
Ok I got it now. Sorry for the confusion.
it makes him look chubby.
Here’s another take on Pink.
lurvin @Darwin answer :) Is it something to do with the fact that pink isn’t used as much in pixels?
@sakura I think @augustlan got it. In the first commercial (which I hadn’t seen before asking this question), the big guy complains “Why do I have to be pink?!”, likely because pink isn’t considered a “manly” color. In the second commercial, the one I’m asking about, a new pixel arrives, all beat up, due to his former customers at The Phone Company. The pink guy looks at him and is now happy to be Pink, because at least he wasn’t working for The Phone Company.
I guess that’s cute. But without seeing the original, the second one makes no sense.
