Is this update for everywhere? I guess I’ll be updating tonight, if so. Maybe they’ll fix it so I can use Hulu.

It’s the worldwide release of 3.0 today September 1st for the release of the slim ps3 , TBH its not really worth the update , needs must tho be good if it bloody worked . Dynamic themes and new avatars have to pay for tho , Japan has a free Afrika theme so i hear .
There is a whats new , a better layout for the time and battery icon and messages . And new store options under games and whatnot , new options to fast load from whats new .

Damn i missed i do NOT have the TV icon on xmb and it should have been part of the update, i cannot even see the new audio feature .

I love the update (mostly because of the sparkles) and the new “What’s New” section. I think the top of the screen where the new box is is ugly (edges should be even more rounded) and so is the new friends list.

So i spent 30 minutes on teh phone to playstation , turns out alot of people are having the same problem as me . The went through the usual try this try that oh this is what i did stuff, still nothing they are working on it he says and will tell me their findings and send the patch . I wont hold my breath damn i hope they fix the friends list and give us a mass deletion of messages box , and maybe a free dynamic theme like they gave everyone else .
