Which Dutch newspaper is the most reliable for a Dutch presentation?
So I have a Dutch presentation and we have to look for an article in a Dutch newspaper to talk about it.
I wanted to know which Dutch newspaper is the most reliable and the easiest to understand.
Help please? Thanks.

@xTheDreamer: You live in an island that is part of The Kingdom of the Netherlands. Can you ask someone there or check out the newsstands in Oranjestad? You’re the only one who can decide what you understand and what you don’t.
(A gorgeous island. I got the worst sunburn of my life there. I had forgotten how close we were to the equator. The best beaches I have been on, also.)
De Telegraaf is considered a right(-wing) paper.
De Volkskrant (and NRC Handelsblad too, i think) are considered left.
Trouw is “rooted in a Christian tradition” (says Wikipedia)
@klaas4 Ooo snap! Although there is some truth in that statement.
@rebbel I don’t think left and right translate well into American English. Right is more conservative and left is considered to be more liberal.
@myself I don’t see a lot of difference between Dutch newspapers (yes they lean towards their own beliefs a little), but as I see it they all get their newsitems from the same sources (anp, reuters, etc.). I like NRC Next, NRC is an old afternoon business paper. They introduced NRC Next to give more background to the news stories. They brand themselves as a paper you read after you already heard the news on radio/tv/internet. There should be something in there that’s right for discussion.
You could read all of them. And then of course you still don’t get the full picture nor everything you might be interested in. If you’re looking to investigate a specific topic, though, reading as many as you can find is best. (Also, a lot of them publish some of their articles online, which can be very useful too.)
