Which dutch article is better for a "elucidated" presentation?

Asked by xTheDreamer (897points) September 3rd, 2009

For the observers who are dutch with “elucidation” I meant with betoog presentation.

Which of these three article is best for a presentation where I have to explain the topic then have two arguments that are for or against the topic?

The articles:
1) http://tinyurl.com/l6ogox
2) http://tinyurl.com/lbwor8
3) http://tinyurl.com/nnu2jq ?

How could we possibly answer that? It’s all about what subject you are more passionate about and want to debate.

Having said that, article 1 lends itself best for a debate. Mostly because article 3 is all over the place (and is stating facts, not opinions) and article 2 has a question but there is an absolute answer (you could of course raise some questions about the topic on your own, like should this be possible, should people be protected against it, whatever).

The first is definitely good to spur a debate because people can become quite passionate about that (then again, somebody has to have the courage to argue that you shouldn’t donate money – if that is you, then great).

For the second article you still need to reformulate that into an opinion, like “people should be educated more on what they put online”. The advantage of that article is that MP Hirsch Ballin just started a campaign on this, so it is relevant now.

The third is rather lame because it’s been discussed over and over again, and there aren’t that many sensible comments you can make about that.

I only read the introduction to the articles btw.
