Is there software for recording streaming audio ( a radio station) set for a certain time? (ie PVR for internet radio)

I need to record a daily radio show, what’s the best way?

For Mac the defacto is ‘Audio Hijack Pro’ by Rogue Amoeba software. ( check site for compatibility with virus infested Windows PC’s.)
