Is this Skype message legit?

I was checking my Skype messages and I found this message:

It says, at the top, ”... is not in your contact list.” Secondly, I never got any warnings from my many anti-whatever utilities. Lastly, when I tried that link, it says that the link does not exist…

No that is not. I’d also suggest editing out the link. :x
It is a scam, according to Skype. Also, please edit the link ASAP so as to disable it.
That is bad..

Should I report that email to Google? I have a gmail account.
Edit: Wait, can I report anyone at all? And how?
If you followed the instructions and clicked the link , chances are you are now infected and will have to destroy it somehow ..
But the link didn’t exist. Google Chrome says “oops! this link appears to be broken.” But, just to be safe, i’ll run Malwarebytes.
