My favorites are the races and the pole vaulting.
Gymnastics Even though I have no idea what’s going on anymore. What the hall happened to the perfect 10?! Blasphemy…
Downhill skiing is spectacular, gymnastics are quite compelling in a different way, and I think we were all excited about the swimming competition in the Beijing Olympics, but I guess I have to say track and field, because it seems so primal. It harks back to the early, historical Olympics, and just seems to have a kind of gravity about it.
I love a lot of the Olympic games. Summer Olympics I love Gymnastics and trampoline the most but also like the weight lifting. Winter Olympics I have come to love the curling, don’t know why, but it looks like an Olympic sport just about anyone that can sweep could do. And of course I love the figure skating.
For me, the event I am watching is the one that has a compelling story about an athelete or team. I’m least interested in basketball, figure skating…
… and boxing.
Biathlon. Ain’t nuttin’ like shootin’ an’ skiin’.
Gymnastics and ice skating, depending on the season.
mens swimming. ow ow.
i also like mens gymnastics. the womens is entertaining as well, but some of the things those men do are mind blowing.
@deni Oh yeah… I love men’s swimming. Though it less entertaining when they cover up with their super-suits or whatever they are. :D
@deni Oh yeah… That’s the ticket!
Rowing for the summer. (i love rowing, but generally don’t like the summer games…)
Nordic Skiing, Bobsled, Speed Skating, Ski Jumping, for the winter. (love love love the winter games)
Gynmastics, Figure Skating, Bobsledding, Ski jump, Speed Skating
It’s going to be several Olympic events for me. Since I’m a big fan of Summer Olympics, I mostly look forward to swimming, track & field, gymnastics, basketball, diving, and both indoor and beach volleyball.
