Can someone tell me how I changed the look of my font in the Fluther answer window?

Asked by evelyns_pet_zebra (12928points) September 7th, 2009

I usually type looking at the keys, and sometimes, I get in a hurry, and look up at the screen to see what I am typing. I went for the Shift button to make a capital letter, my fingers hit an odd combination of keys, like two at a time, (I have no idea which two as my hand was blocking my view) and it changed the look of my font when I type answers. The letters seem all squished together, and thinner. I’m not sure what I did, but I checked it against my wife’s computer, and the font has definitely been altered. Does anyone have any idea of just what the Hell I did, and know of a way to fix it?

@evelyns_pet_zebra Great avatar (again)

Are you on PC or Mac?
Did the screen shrink or enlarge?

Can you give us a screen capture?
Seeing what you’re seeing will help.

Try hitting CTRL and 0 (the number, not the letter) at the same time.

Is there a key combo on Windows to turn anti-aliasing on and off in windows?

If it is just the size try (Alt +) or (Alt -)

I think I saw astrochuck using it, maybe he knows.

CTRL and = makes your text larger
CTRL and – makes it smaller
CTRL and 0 returns it to default size.

On a Mac COMMAND and + will enlarge text.

COMMAND and _ will shrink it.
