Movie Question: What movie is this scene from!

This has really stumped my friend and me…
The scene involves someone in the kitchen, eating part of a cake that they’re apparently not supposed to be eating. When they realize the gaping hole they’ve left, they stuff it with paper towels and re-ice it.
Any ideas?
