What does "šulin" means in czech?

I cannot find this word’s meaning in any web dictionary and somebody said it for me on facebook, but in a funny situation. So if it means something dirty, sorry for that.

Google Translator says it means ‘Sulina’.
Wikipedia says Sulina is :
Sulina is a town and free port in Romania, at the mouth of the Sulina branch of the Danube. It is the easternmost point of Romania.
It’s a vulgar word for “penis”.
Not very good in Czech myself, but I’m pretty sure Harp is right. And I think it can also be abbreviated to “sul”. Could be wrong about that though.
