playing guitar, reading, running, journaling, reflecting on thoughts, writing random things that come to my head, mental improvment exercises, writing poetry, drawing, or if your interesed in music or something like art or literature, spend some free time researching about a particular artist/writer/musicain you that you didn’t have time to do before.
